REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. Full refunds will be made if cancellation is received no later than 31 days prior to the event date. Absolutely no credits, refunds, or requests for refunds will be granted for cancellations received 30 days or less from the event date, without exception. If you have to cancel within 30 days and are not eligible for a refund, you may send another member of your team in your place.
